Warranty & Returns


Sniper Skin products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of sale to the consumer when used as intended under normal use and without alterations. 

PLEASE NOTE - Grips that have been cut-off are no longer eligible for refund/replacement

The customers proof of purchase (order number & pictures) must accompany all claims. If you have removed the grip prior to discussing with us, the warranty is void. 

Sniper Skin reserves the right to replace, at our option, any product determined to be defective.

If, in Sniper Skin's determination, product failure is due to accident, abuse, negligence, failure to follow installation instructions, or abnormal use, the product will not be covered by this or any other warranty.

This warranty is expressly declared to be given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied on Sniper Skin's part.

No person is authorized to give an additional warranty in connection with the sale of Sniper Skin products.


  • PROOF OF PURCHASE - order number and date, or receipt
  • PROOF OF ISSUE OR CLAIM - pictures of the issues and supporting details
    • confirm product was installed using the recommended 1.5 L rapid boil electric kettle or 1500 W heat gun (please note things such as a coffee maker, hair dryer, lighter,  small pot of water on stove, microwaved bowl of water will not shrink your product properly and will not be replaced or refunded via warranty)
  • PLEASE NOTE - You need a 1500W heat gun or a 1.5 L electric kettle with water that reaches 212 °F to install correctly

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you return, warranty, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Mail your product with tracking to: Sniper Skin, 7 Innovation Dr, Suite 109, Dundas Ontario Canada L9H 7H9.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping, taxes  and customs costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of  shipping will be deducted from your refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • shipping is not refunded

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same or similar item, send us an email at customerservice@sniperskin.ca and send your item to:

Please note for shipping outside of Canada, that all customs, duties, taxes, surcharges, brokerages, etc., are the responsibility of the customer. When delivery is attempted, you may be billed for these fees; these fees are independent of shipping charges and are charged by your local mail authority - not Sniper Skin. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import rules and regulations prior to ordering.

This will also apply to any returns; shipping, taxes & customs charges are not refundable.  



Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days of that confirmation. Please note, shipping is not refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This includes Mystery Grip, this cannot be returned or refunded.
