Warranty/Return/Shipping Policy

30 DAY WARRANTY

Sniper Skin products (Player and Goalie) are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of sale to the consumer when used as intended under normal use and without alterations. 

The customer’s proof of purchase (order number & pictures) must accompany all claims.

Sniper Skin reserves the right to replace, at our option, any product determined to be defective.

If, in Sniper Skin's determination, product failure is due to accident, abuse, negligence, failure to follow installation instructions, or abnormal use, the product will not be covered by this or any other warranty.

This warranty is expressly declared to be given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied on Sniper Skin's part.

No person is authorized to give an additional warranty in connection with the sale of Sniper Skin products.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you return, warranty or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note, personalized items can not be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days of that confirmation. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us atcustomerservice@sniperskin.ca.


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This includes Mystery Grip, this cannot be returned or refunded. 


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@sniperskin.ca and send your item to: Sniper Skin, PO Box 65617, Dundas Ontario Canada L9H 6Y6.


Shipping

Please note, personalized grips and accessories or customized product require 3-5 BUSINESS days to ship out. Team orders and Fundraisers, delivery will be discussed at time of order. 

Shipping rates are determined by the product weight and destination. Our rates are listed below, shipping times vary by region: 

Duties/Taxes/Customs

Please note for shipping outside of Canada, that all customs, duties, taxes, surcharges, brokerages, etc., are the responsibility of the customer. When delivery is attempted, you may be billed for these fees; these fees are independent of shipping charges and are charged by your local mail authority - not Sniper Skin. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import rules and regulations prior to ordering.

 

 

Incorrect Address

Orders that have been shipped that have incorrect addresses can take up to 30-45 additional days to be returned. Once returned, we will ship back out to you.  Additional shipping charges may apply.

International returns on incorrect addresses can take much longer to return.

RETURNS

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sniper Skin, PO Box 65617, Dundas Ontario Canada L9H 6Y6.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
